Do not use this contact page for any other reason then account access issues on Srv # 2 since the date of us banning accounts (03-23-2006). We have an entire list, so if you were banned for something else, you are wasting our time and it will only result in a NULL route of your IP.
In the last few months there is a small group of people who have been SQL injecting items in the DB and selling them to people. These are the same items that keep the bills paid here and keep the expansion going on. We are not going to sit around and watch these people take money from the community and ruin the economy in the game as well. Most importantly it protects the donators who made all this possible for us to still be here, these are the honest people who work hard and help us out, it is not fair to them to pay 1 price and have some piece of crap person SQL inject something for 1/4 the cost.
As of today we are officially and openly fighting back against them. People who have their stuff banned and can NOT prove where they got their items from will stay perm banned and removed for ever with their money lost paying people who continue to exploit. There is a very select list of items we are targeting, so no one needs to worry if they are a honest person, it does not apply you at all.
We know some people have worked out deals as clans and resellers as well who will be caught in the cross fire on this, do not worry, the resellers and main people know what is going on and your account will be fine as long as you speak with them. If we have made a mistake and your account was banned in error it will be fixed and we saying sorry in advance.
To the rest of you non honest people, have a nice day and go rip off some other community, you are not welcome here anymore.
